Return policy for Gummy Fuel

At Gummy Fuel, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a customer-friendly return policy. Below you will find all relevant information on how to return a product, the applicable conditions, and how the process works.

Return period You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. This period starts on the day you receive your package. Returns outside this period cannot be accepted.

Return Policy To process a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be undamaged and unused, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

• Opened packages cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, or other attached items.

Return process – Step by step

1. Request a return Send an email to our customer service at info@trygummyfuel.com with your order number and reason for return. Please attach photos or videos of any defects as evidence. Our customer service will assist you further and provide additional instructions.

2. Pack your return Carefully pack the product, preferably in the original packaging. Make sure all included items (such as accessories and manuals) are enclosed.

3. Send the package Send the package to our return address (see below). Preferably use a shipping method with tracking. Note: you are responsible for the return shipment until we have received it.

Return shipping costs The costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, including any customs or import duties.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited back via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

• Full refund: If the return is correct and complete, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs that were paid during the order.

• Partial refund: If the product is used, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund amount as compensation for depreciation.

Defective or incorrectly delivered products If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible via info@trygummyfuel.com. Add photos or videos of the defective or incorrect product. After verification, we will send you a new product or process a refund.

Exchanges Do you want to exchange a product? This is possible if the product meets the return conditions. Send an email to info@trygummyfuel.com with your order number and the product you would like to receive instead. We will inform you about the availability and next steps.

Non-received returns If your return has not been received within 15 working days and you do not have a tracking code, we are not responsible for lost packages. Always ensure that you have a shipping receipt and a tracking number.
